Wes began playing hockey aged 15 and over the past 14 years he’s played the majority of his hockey in Blackburn - recreationally for the Falcons and for a number of the development teams under the Hawks banner - Lancashire Raptors / Blackburn Eagles and Blackburn Hawks 2.

Wes hasn't played hockey since 2018, but when the rust falls off and he returns to good fitness he will be an agile player who excels in puck control and has an eye for net.
